MRK5’s new group fitness training currently occupies 4 different locations across the Wilmlsow area offering access to 12 indoor and outdoor group training sessions a week to make you feel fitter and stronger than you have ever been!

Our training schedule accomanied with our monthly testing sessions are sure to give you the best results from your fitness experience with us!

If you havent tried it yet you are missing out! If you are looking for a challenging, engaging workout and are looking to see progress with your fitness then MRK5 is the place to be!

MRK5 Fitness has a dedicated team of fitness individuals to oversee your training programmes. We only recruit the best and most experienced trainers to our company who have a genuine passion for helping their clients and achieving results.

Mark lynch bio…

I set up my group training sessions over two years ago now and learnt a lot along the way when it comes to running fitness classes for large numbers of people.

January 2019 saw the launch of MRK5 Fitness the brand and training programme put together so you get the most out of your experience with us!

I’m extremely passionate about what I do and enjoy passing this enthusiasm for fitness onto the members of our fitness family!

MRK5 really excites me when I see how it has grown and how big it potentially could be, I look forward to working with you very soon!

Laura joined the team in January 2019 and played a vital part in helping our new morning calendar of sessions get off to a great start!

Being a mum she knows what it’s like when trying to get back into shape which is why so many of our members put their trust in her to get them fit again after pregnancy.

Laura regularly attends sessions when she isn’t instructing and is currently training hard to reach level 5×5 of the MRK5 fitness challenges!

Inspiring all the girls to be just as good as she is!


MRK5 Fitness provides you with a packed weekly calendar of full body, strength endurance based exercise
to make you fitter, faster, stronger and leaner!

Any one can enter the programme at any time, and total beginners can complete the same workout as some of our fittest members so dont be afraid to come along!

We offer monthly testing sessions so you can track and monitor your progress while you train with us giving you targets and incentives to become fitter and stronger.

Exciting Times

January and February sees the very exciting launch of our brand new website and here it is! 2017 so far has been…



Our current weekly calendar is set over 4 locations and covers morning / evening and weekend time slots.

We run x5 weekly morning sessions at our new and exciting venue Box Football. This is a state of the art facility boasting cafe area, changing room facilities, showers, small childs paly area and lots more.

A further x2 morning sessions can be found over in Mobberley at The Frozen Mop Pub. Making full use of their full car park space enjoy the beautiful countryside with a great work out!

Evening sessions are located at wilmslow High school on the all weather facility. A great location for all our followers that enjoy being outside in the fresh air getting the most from their workouts.

Saturdays can be found at Wilmlsow Pheonix club. Again making the most of the outdoor environment and maximising the class numbers.

Whether you want to come along to try out a new way of training or if you want to commit to a longer term fitness plan then we have what you need. We have 3 payment options-

Pay as you go / drop in £8.50
x10 sessions block £65 (must be used within 90 days)
x30 sessions block £150 (must be used within 180 days)

Testing sessions are run the first friday of every month at Wilmlsow High School 7-8pm / 8-9pm (this can be subject to change) and are priced at £10
